I am an experienced advisor for professionals who want to steer their organisation in a new direction. With tailor made strategic workshops I work with teams towards a communication plan that fits the organisation's particular needs and resonates with their audiences.
Ten years ago I started my career as a Marketing Manager at Elsevier Health Sciences, where I learned about international business strategy. I moved on to digital media agency Mediamatic, attracted by the cultural projects and start-up mentality. It is where I cultivated a deep commitment to the arts.
In 2011 I founded my own agency, starting off with social media workshops and interim marketing projects. I quickly developed a network in the fields that inspire me: art, culture, fashion, and education. Nowadays my clients include Sandberg Instituut, Turnover, Nationaal Comité 4 en 5 mei, OBA, Schoevers and NCOI.
I obtained my Master's degree in International Business Communication with merit from Radboud University Nijmegen in 2006. Part of the curriculum I followed at Institut d'Administration des Entreprises in Montpellier, France. In addition, I have a propedeuse diploma in French Language and Culture from Utrecht University.
At the moment I am transitioning from promoter to maker, by following the DOGtime programme at the Gerrit Rietveld Academie. This is a part-time BA programme in Fine Arts and Unstable Media. I dedicate the largest part of my free time to art projects. I also enjoy yoga, museums, libraries, cooking, eating and going for a run with my dog Raf.
